I think I'd like to have a go at the lobster...I would definitly not want to try the jelly meat stuff. Blah! It made me want to gag. I wouldn't want to kill a lobster though. I know I can eat one but I can't kill one? hum? The one recipe I get lots of attention for in England is Rachael Ray's Super Sloppy Joes!
Ah! The lobster did sound the best, and I love seafood. I don't know if I could kill a lobster either, nor clean it out. I am not sure that I could do the brains. They sounded the worst. I love my chicken and dumplings. I hadn't made them in awhile, but made them recently...and the kids all love it too!

Lobster good, offal and aspic bad... I actually want to try the Potage Parmentier (simplicity itself) or Beef Bourguignon, both sounded beyond delicious.I have been following "The Food in My Beard" and often find myself trying his food...one specific recipe I loved was the green mac and cheese (http://www.thefoodinmybeard.com/2009/06/green-mac-and-cheese.html. Can you say yummy? And who doesn't love green food?
"I do not like green eggs and ham I do not like them Sam I am." Ever since I first heard that story with green eggs and ham I have always wanted them. For some reason I always thought as a kid that since they were green they must taste different then regular eggs and ham. Ya know? I'm gonna check out that green mac and cheese!! My daughter loves mac and cheese!! and she's still young enough were colour won't matter!!
And, it's full of yummy veggies she won't even know she's eating ;)
